This bill, introduced by Congressman Frank Pallone, is to amend the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to promote clinical research and development on dietary supplements and foods for their health benefits; to establish a new legal classification for dietary supplements and foods with health benefits, and for other purposes.
